Financial Policy
Payment for services rendered is due in full on the day of service and before consultation. Our office accepts cash, debit cards, cash app, and credit cards. We do not accept personal checks. Cashier's check or money order made to the practice is acceptable. We do not offer in house financing and we do not accept installment payments. Please inquire from within our office about our third party finance options.
IMPORTANT: Please provide us with your dental insurance information. However, we are not in network and we do not submit any claims to your medical insurance. We will submit your medical insurance card (not billing) as a courtesy with all pathology specimens. In our office oral surgery procedures may be covered by most PPO dental insurance plans. After receiving your PPO dental insurance estimation of benefits (EOB) you can submit to your PPO medical insurance (on your own). It is recommended to contact your PPO medical insurance representative for more information.
IMPORTANT: We do not accept and or bill to secondary insurances.
IMPORTANT: Pathology specimens: When a pathology specimen is submitted to an outside lab (Lab Corp, Quest Diagnostics, etc.) due to a biopsy procedure, whether alone or in combination of another procedure (Example: cyst associated with a tooth), you will receive a separate billing statement from an outside lab for the examination and the report of the specimen. We do not have control over how the lab might bill you. We are not in network with any medical insurance plans. Our pre-treatment estimate only reflects the surgery portion of the fee, not the pathology report. Please contact the pathology lab directly to inquire about their billing statement.
